• We are a private house centrally located near LAX airport, 405, 105 & 110 freeway. We are 20 mins from L.A. Live, the convention center and Staple center. Great for bridal/bachelor parties, birthday parties, small or large gatherings. • The traditional home sits on over 2,000 square foot that boost a large outdoor lounge area with a 10 seater heated jacuzzi, heat lamps, a 140 sq. Ft swinging lounge bed, 152 sq. ft stage & outside bar area, small BBQ pit. The back space has a 1 bedroom ¾ bath with kitchen, couches, bed and a 6-seater heated jacuzzi for your relaxing pleasure. The inside of the house has a full kitchen, dining room area with a large living room with 2 bedrooms on first floor with a ¾ bathroom. The upstairs provides 2 additional rooms and full bath an adjacent balcony in the master suite for the great sunset views. House rules • 50 guest max. for larger events, please inquire for customized rate. *please no overnight inquiries. • Driveway parking for 4 cars max for renters only. Additional guest MUST be shuttled from parking location provided. • No loitering outside of property • No amplified music after 12am • No smoking allowed inside house • No food or beverages beyond dining room area • Must be 21+ with valid ID for rental (ID confirmation provided at check-in and must match name provided on reservation) • If event selling liquor, insurance must be provided at time of booking • No glassware, glitter or confetti allowed • No dyed hair, food or drinks in jacuzzi (cleaning fee will be charged if not followed) • If decorations are being used, please use tape that will not damage the walls
