Three level including full walkout basement. The basement includes a wet bar with sink, cabinets, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Basement living area has 2 large reclining sofas with big screen television. All bedrooms will have neutral bedding. The additional room #6 downstairs has a brand new sofa bed, new style mattress with Serta memory foam topper. Private door 12x11 bedroom also doubles as a movie room with projector and wall mounted movie screen. The basement is a 20x30 recreation room that is furnished as a family and game room. There is an option for an additional queen bed in the main basement area if requested. The bed is available. Full basement with sitting area and 65" big screen tv, mini kitchen, game table and extra game room with arcade size air hockey and foosball. Price includes maid service.

Home is available Friday through Monday during the tournament.
