You are able to walk to lots of restaurants, entertainment and shops or take a trolley to hundreds more or even downtown for super bowl events. easy access to the highway, and only 15-20 miles form the super bowl. Furnishings are a mix of antique peices and traditional comfort. Baby grand piano, crystal chandeliers and fine art on the walls. Double master suites seperated by extra large living area, so privacy is ensured. Linens are high count cotton. King size bed in one room, queen in the other. Sleeps 5 comfortably (if one sleeps on the couch). Hardwood floors, large baths, granite counters, tall ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, crown molding and a see through fire place. Ginormous balcony with dining and seating areas.

I am available to meet before the event and available during your stay. I require a security deposit of $ 4,000.00, 50% percent of rental fee upon receiving rental agreement and the balance due one week before your beginning rental date. The security deposit is refundable after check out and a positive confirmation of the property's condition. This is a Non smoking building.
