We are extending our spacious 4 bdr/5 full bath, lofted ranch on daylight basement to you!! Overlooking our large deck, beautiful landscaping with fenced in yard, pool, hot tub, and pond, you couldn't find a more comfortable place to call home for your Superbowl 2012 stay!
The split floor plan of our home offers an open area concept throughout. The kitchen is centrally located in the house with a seated island. It has 3 entrances and 2 large pass through windows (with additional seating) so as to see nearly the entire main floor while making dinner!
We have three separate entertaining areas; a two story family room on the main level, an open loft upstairs, and full finished basement downstairs. The daylight basement includes a pool table, entertainment area, bar (equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and kegerator â€“ willing to negotiate keg of choice on tap if desired).
The master bedroom is located to the rear of the home with its' own private access to the deck. Features of the master include; king size bed, vaulted ceilings, large daylight windows, master bath with jetted spa tub, and a large walk-in closet off bath. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the main floor. They both have queen size beds and share a full bath that is located in between them. Attached to the loft is the 4th (large) bedroom, making it a private suite with a full bath and ample closet space. This bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a queen size pull-out couch for additional sleeping guests.
Terms: Available 72 hours before the Superbowl 2012 starts. 75% of total rent payment is due up front, with 25% due upon arrival, non-refundable and open to Escrow. In addition to the 75% up front amount, a refundable $3,500.00 deposit will be due as well. The deposit is the only amount that is refundable. Carpet cleaning is the only mandatory expense that will come out of the $3,500.00 deposit. The deposit will cover any damages incurred if any at all. Both parties will complete a thorough walk through upon arrival and with departure where anything pre-existing or new can both be noted. The renter will be charged for any damages different than the initial walk through, and is not limited to the $3,500.00. Owner reserves right to make renters leave at any time due to their own descretion such as occurences of vandalism, fowl play, police involvement, or irradic behavior. Owner and Renter will sign written agreement binding both parties to this contract.
