Jim Miller Hall, home of the Thoroughbreds, is conveniently located at 10609 Watterson Trail, in the heart of Jeffersontown. It is the perfect location for your event. This historic church building can comfortably accommodate your guests. The large stained glass windows and huge trees make beautiful backgrounds for your pictures. There is a recently remodeled kitchen for food preparation by the caterer of your choice. It's okay to serve alcohol however, you can not sell it! Smoking is not allowed in the building. Tables and chairs are provided for parties of up to 200 guests. Ample parking is available.
The hall rents for $600 per day and a dance floor is available for an additional $150 for a total of $750. We ask for a $250 Reservation Deposit. We are happy to make payment arrangements but your balance needs to be paid at least 30 days prior to the date of your event. We do require a $250 damage deposit. We rarely have any damages. If the hall is not being used the day before your event we will usually allow you to go in the day before to get everything setup and decorated. That way you're not so rushed the day of your event.
